Vales, the entire populace of barangay Catmonon headed by barangay captain Hon. Joseph C. Aguilar, most of all the municipality of Esperanza headed by our multi awarded municipal metropo lis manager Hon. Leonida P. Manpatilan, for exemplifying the ideal stakeholders cooperation and collaboration in other to carry out a common goal that is alleviating the inadequate living conditions of our brothers and sisters in this barangay, by ensuring their counterpart in the fruition of this newly inaugurated school building.
